Description - We are looking for a highly motivated, thoughtful process oriented individual to support, enable, and drive front line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently at an early stage, well-funded ed-tech startup. 

Responsibilities -

    • The Sr. Manager will primarily be responsible for managing a team that oversees the day-to-day execution of:
      • Revenue Reconciliation and Order Management
        • Coordinating with the sales and finance teams to track daily order punching, revenue collection, revenue tracking, and revenue realization
      • Batch Creation
        • Coordinating with tutor and post sales teams to ensure customers are appropriately batched and can avail of classes within 2 days
      • Cost Management Tracking and Inventory Management
        • Meticulously tracking and limiting key sources of variable costs within the sales team 
        • Managing inventory of hardware and predicting demand in order to ensure inventory supply is maintained


  • Refund Processing
  • Coordinating with post-sales, finance, and sales teams to ensure any refunds are quickly processed with limited escalations by customer

The Sr. Manager will have a team reporting to him that manages all the above tasks; he / she will be expected to hold the team responsible and manage the day-to-day execution of said tasks
