Description

Lido is looking for a highly motivated, analytical, seasoned Salesforce administrator to support the initial CRM rollout and ongoing maintenance & development of the CRM and integrated platforms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in solution design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for three interdependent business verticals on Salesforce.com across Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds. This includes:
    • Implementation of new enhancements, creation of custom objects and improvements and enhancements to existing modules.
    • High level solution architecture for business requirements across Salesforce and external platforms
    • Overseeing and tracking the development work taking place on the platform
  • Work with business partners to document business processes and system requirements.
  • Prepare documentation including Requirements and Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Test Cases other documentation as required through the project lifecycle.
  • Perform ongoing system administration (maintaining user roles, security settings, profiles, work-flow rules and data integrity)
  • Setup and maintain dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects, object relationships, fields and layouts.

 

Skills Required

  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and performing business analysis
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform
  • Proven experience with Sales and Service cloud
  • Proven experience working with cross functional teams
  • Experience managing platform integrations are a plus
  • Certifications are a plus
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
