Lido is looking for a highly motivated, analytical, seasoned Salesforce administrator to support the initial CRM rollout and ongoing maintenance & development of the CRM and integrated platforms.



  • Assist in solution design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for three interdependent business verticals on across Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds. This includes:
    • Implementation of new modules, enhancements, and automation using apex code and SOQL to support sales teams, customer support teams and operations teams.
    • Implementation of visualforce pages
    • High level integration architecture between Salesforce and external platforms
    • Implementation of API integrations with a variety of proprietary platforms and third party tools
  • Perform technical discovery and design of solutions with product managers and admins
  • Prepare technical design documentation and test cases as required through the project lifecycle.
  • Perform ongoing system enhancements as business requirements evolve
  • Setup and maintain dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects, object relationships, fields and layouts.


Skills Required

  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and platforms
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform
  • Proven experience with Sales and Service cloud
  • Proven experience working with cross functional teams
  • Experience managing platform integrations and building solution architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce APEX programming and SOQL
  • Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components, Visualforce, and Communities
  • Strong Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL programming and databases
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and reports
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs for data integration
  • Experience using Salesforce Cloud Connectors like Informatica, Jitterbit, etc
  • Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
