Responsibilities and Duties
We’re looking for a self-motivated candidate with impeccable social skills to join our talent team. This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is dedicated and has a go-getter attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source and identify the right talent across all available platforms including online, offline, consultants, etc.
• Own end to end recruitment
• Manage the recruiting process including interview coordination, offer negotiation and work closely with Marketing to position the company as a leading technology brand which the best candidates want to be a part of
• Develop long term personal relationships with prospective candidates

Required Experience and Qualifications
• 2-4 years of technical/ bulk recruitment experience (Agency or Corporate)
• Experience with bulk-hiring for non-tech roles, vendors, walkings, campus
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in any field (PG/MBA in HRA would be an added advantage but not mandatory)
• Ability to recruit at all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and gets excited by working in a fast-paced environment
• A clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life cycle process
• Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques
• Strong technical knowledge to gauge a talent’s qualification and correspond and communicate with them accordingly
